I have 4 days off! HEAVEN...

Ryan had to work Thursday so I played in the yard, fixing the irrigation system, watered the lawn (all 1/2 acre of it) getting it ready for rototiller day (yesterday). We went out last night so needless to say we got minimal things done today until my burst of energy just a couple hours ago.

Yes, I am becoming quite the housewife. My family would shit if they knew. Making house, making dinner, doing laundry, and of course the dishes. And I am not complaining. I kind of enjoy it. Knowing I am keeping house for not only myself, but someone else (and 2 dogs and a cat). I love this person like you have no idea!

And I also have realized now why married people say they don't have as much sex as they did when they were just dating. It has been over 3 weeks for us. Yet, I am not complaining. having a companion and best friend is better than nothing. (Although I am growing into a horn dog.) I believe the reason for the abstinence goes back to some childhood issues, however, I am not going to throw myself at him just to get some lovin'. I made that mistake already and the ramifications caused me some heartache for a few days. I wish it was something I could discuss here, but not appropriate at the present time. Not here or anywhere for that matter. I hate it when you feel there is a wall between you and another, and you just can't seem to break it.

Reminds me of when a so-called best friend suddenly isn't. What is up with that? How can you go from loving someone to not caring at all? I will never understand that!?

Ryan's kitty never came with us to the new house. He disappeared into the mountains to shack up at someone else's house. I know he is safe, I just hope Ryan isn't too sad about it. I miss that big mouth kitty!

Tomorrow is our last day off until back to work for another 7 days. The owners at work will be gone (yet again) next Thur-Sun. I enjoy the quiet! And last time was so nice. We have some great staff finally, and everyone was happy about their job. Still dealing with a big mouth housekeeper, but she is toning it down at least.

We had incredible winds today and it got damn chily out. Especially considering I got a little sunburned the other day while working outside.

Feels like I am in Michigan again with this weather.

Need to get into a new exercise program! I would like to make one of the spare rooms an exercise place. We got a punching bag today at a moving sale. I only hope we get it installed before next winter..

Bunny kitty is almost as happy as I am!
