Wow, here I thought I would be back in updating action...but NOOOOOOOOOO! I would rather log on and read others' updates.

So, life has been interesting to say the least.

Ryan has been recouping from heart surgery in Michigan. He is due home to Colorado in 2 weeks. We have ICQ'd or emailed or talked almost everyday and God Damn I love that man. I appreciate the changes he has made in his life and wish I could do the smae. Too bad my willpower is nill.

I have a stalker...not one that follows me (well he has on my birthday 2 weeks ago), but just enough of a stalker to be annoying. I emailed a brief, but to the point FUCK YOU email this evening that may do the trick.

Work actually has been better. I threatened to move from my tin shack so that i wouldn't have to take calls from Sunday night at 6pm to Friday at 6pm. They got me a membership to the rec center in town for my birthday and will 'take calls when I go'. And I realized that winter is a really slow time and I probably won't be going to town as much as I want anyway. PLUS...I can save $4500 in rent by staying. So I am. Plus, we have weekly meetings now where SHE comes up to the ranch and it solves a lot.

I met someone...yes a bartender. What the hell is my deal with bartenders? Is it that he can drool over me whilst fixing me free drinks? maybe. So I have a weekend scrump. I have to wait until 2am for him to get outta work. And despite the hangovers ever Sat and Sun morning it is kinda fun. Yes, he is younger and lives like a college kid (cheap sheets with pillows older than he is and no matching glasses in the cupboard...wait...does he even have a cupboard in that kitchen?) But men are easily changeable (please, no emails on this comment)...hence his new sheets and comforter. Oh, and he is bald. balder than bald ALL OVER due to a disease. So, he doesn't even have shampoo for princess to use when she comes over.

But being the princess that I am, it is fun to be adored even if only temporarily.

But it is a destructible relationship regardless and I see it as very short lived. Well, at least until Ryan comes home.

I had an incredible birthday!!! Originally had a pedicure, hair and makeover appointment scheduled before a 5:30pm date with someone new (his name rhymes with mine, too) But as I was sipping mimosas while laying in the sun I realized I can do my own pedicure, condition my own hair and make my own self look like a hooker (no offense to merl norm). So I continued my sun goddess worship and went to meet my future ex-husband that never made it to date 2. We had a wonderful time. Talking for hours over a bottle of Kendall Jackson, and WHO happens to pop his head in the restaurant door? stalker man. He made a loud comment, that only embarrased himself, and we continued with the date. Was very nice and I got home before I was a pumpkin. And I didn't look like a hooker, either.

The weather in CO has been glorious! 30-40 in the morning and 75-85 during the day. I love it here. And will never go home to dreary Mich. Sorry mom and gram. My vacation number 1 is coming the first week of November and trying to think where to go....

So, Sunday we had a wedding at the ranch and my cook came in biutching up a storm and walked out. Was the best thing that could have happened!

Now we can make changes and start a new chapter in the food business there. Even made $270 tip from them. (going in the vacation fund). Was certainly nice! And now I don't have to go back to Mich to drive Ryan home (he still has no license from a year ago when he quit drinking after a DUI).

Bunny is doing better I think. Got something called a Feliway. It is like a Glade plug-in that emits some cat phermone thing. I think it is working and soon will be able to remove the 12 foot plastic runner from my hallway that is flipped upside down with the sharp knobs upright. Although she pissed on it still.... What does she put the kitty boots on or what!? Cuz believe me...I have stepped on that thing at 2am and was NOT very happy.
