So, I have actually lasted over 2 months wth the bald bartender/bar owner. Still not right for me, but still treats me like the princess that I am.

Ryan's birthday was last Wed. so we went to dinner and saw a great documentary on Tibet. Highly reccommend it "Tibet: The Cry of the Snow Lion". Oh, how guilty I feel about being an American after that one. Coincidentally Robby called while Ryan and I were at dinner (yes, the cell phone was on which I HATE with a passion whilst at a restaurant). So, I haven't really had a chance to talk about Robby to Ryan since his mom is always there. So after my VERY brief conversation he made a funny comment about 'my new boyfriend'. I chuckled and said "Geez, so do I go for someone who treats me like crap and has kinda has his shit together, or someone who treats me like a princess and has no clue?" He replied, "the first". This was interesting since the last time I stayed at his house (remember, mom is always there) we were sleeping on the living room floor after watching a movie ::things never change from when we lived together:: and he was really cuddly. He is /was never like that. It was kind of nice, actually. So, his affection increases and I am left to wonder if he is trying to tell me something. I still find it hard to be just a friend to him. I mean, hell, we are almost twins in so many respects. But he still needs to find a job and get his license back. (Oh, did I mention Robby has no license either??) What is it with me and men without licenses...

I have been battling the flu for the past 10 days. Yes, Colorado has been hit hard. I can feel like I am getting better and then wake up with a dried snot line down my nose and unable to even get in the shower. Spent Thanksgiving with the bunny in bed. So, now I am jonesing for a turkey-mashed potato-cranberry sandwich on white bread. Maybe I will make the turkey and fixings on Sunday. Especially since I have watched more daytime TV lately than one should be allowed. I have, maybe 10, recipes on what to do with leftovers.

The bosses are back from vacation so the riggamaroll starts again on Tuesday. Oh how I need a new job.

Watched "Bruce Almighty" tonight and really enjoyed it. Had a very good message. Also reading a bizarre book, "Corpse", about forensic investigations. Don't ask how that one came to my library. But it is interesting, really!

Have a nice merlot breathing in the kitchen and trying to stay up for SNL. Figure I will add wine to my meds list tonight. Oh, and if anyone gets the flu. Tylenol Flu for daytime rocks! It is the only thing that has gotten me to work lately. But give it an hour...

I am in the Holiday spirit and ready to play all my Christmas CDs. My favorite? Christmas Cocktails..all of them. The best holiday music for parties!

Hope you are in the mood, too!
